Description
Zobo is dried roselle, the deep red petals of the hibiscus plant, offered here in red and green types along with the fresh leaves. The petals brew into a tart, refreshing drink that is sweet with a gentle tang, and the green leaves are the base of the Yoruba Ishapa soup. The leaves also work well in stews and meat curries. Rich in vitamin C and Antioxidants.
