Gift Card Terms

1. Validity

Gift card balance is valid for two years from the purchase date. Unused balance after that is forfeited.

2. Chargeback & Payment Protection

Gift card purchases are non-refundable to the purchaser. Once issued, the balance is the recipient's to spend.

3. What Can Be Purchased

Gift card balance can be spent on produce, nursery, consults, and seedling packages. Cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Transferring

The recipient may use the gift card balance themselves or share access with their household.

5. Lost Or Stolen

Treat gift card codes like cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen gift card codes.
