Prices and product availability may change without notice. We confirm pricing at checkout. If a price is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the order with a full refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to Waterloo Region and ship within Canada and the USA. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order weight.

4. Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

Fresh produce is non-returnable once delivered. If you have an issue with quality, email us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with a photo. We will issue wallet credit or a replacement.

5. Farm Products Disclaimer

We grow naturally. Produce sizes, shapes, and exact ripening times vary. We do not guarantee specific produce in any given week.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content (photos, text, logo, layouts) is owned by True North Tropical and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Privacy & Personal Information

We collect information you provide (name, email, address, payment) to fulfill your orders and contact you. We do not sell your information. We share with payment processors (Helcim), shipping partners, and email providers as needed.

You can request to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing us.

8. Email & Anti-Spam Compliance

If you sign up for our newsletter, we may send you farm updates, seasonal recipes, and promotional content. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

9. Limitation of Liability

True North Tropical is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products, except where required by law.
