When you join, you purchase a share of the upcoming harvest at the start of the season. This early commitment funds seeds, compost, irrigation, and equipment - the costs that come months before the first vegetable lands in your kitchen.

Your share works like a wallet. You spend it throughout the season in our online store, on exactly the produce you want. Unused balances roll over for up to two additional seasons - so nothing goes to waste.

FAQ

The Questions We Hear Most

What if I miss a pickup week?
Your wallet balance does not expire each week. Skip a week, come back two weeks later. Unused balance also rolls over for up to two additional seasons.
Can I cancel a farm share?
Yes, before June 9, 2026 for a full refund. After that, sales are final but the wallet balance still rolls over so it never goes to waste.
How do home delivery and pickup work?
Order Sunday through Tuesday noon. Wednesday we dispatch home delivery across Waterloo Region, or you choose hub pickup Saturday at one of five locations.
Why is there an early bird bonus?
Buying early helps us plan the season, order seeds, and prep the soil. We pass the savings back as an extra +5% wallet credit on every share bought before the window closes.
Why an extra +2% on Interac e-Transfer?
Credit cards charge us about 2% in processing fees. When you pay by Interac, we pass that 2% back to you as additional wallet credit.
What if a crop fails?
Farming has uncertainty. If one crop has a tough year we replace it with another from the harvest list so your wallet always has something to spend.
