Farm Card Terms

1. What Is A Farm Card?

A Farm Card (also called CSA Farm Share) is pre-paid wallet credit that you spend on our online store throughout the season. Bigger shares come with bigger bonus credits and bigger discounts on every produce order.

2. Validity & Expiry

Wallet credit is valid for the season in which it is purchased plus two additional seasons after that. Unused balance after the rollover window is forfeited.

3. What You Can Use It For

Farm Card wallet credit can be spent on:

• Produce from the farm store
• Nursery items (seeds, seedlings)
• Garden consults
• Seedling packages

4. How To Use Your Farm Card

Log into your account, add items to cart, and the wallet credit auto-applies at checkout. Your tier discount also applies automatically.

5. Refunds & Order Adjustments

Cancel a Farm Card purchase before June 9, 2026 for a full refund. After that, sales are final. We may issue wallet credit refunds if a specific order has an issue.

6. Non-Transferable

Farm Card wallet credit is tied to the account that purchased it. Not transferable to another account, but the cardholder may share access for household use.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account. Don't share your password.

8. Fraud, Misuse & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that engages in fraud, misuse, or unwarranted chargebacks.

9. System Errors

If a wallet balance shows incorrectly due to a system error, we will fix it within 5 business days. Contact us.

10. Payment & Security

Payments are processed through Helcim (cards) or Interac (e-Transfer). We do not store card details.

11. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms. We will email all active Farm Card holders if changes are material.
